Lynn, MA

This 13 acre park came into being on March 19, 1886, when Charles W. Gay laid out a bicycle track. Later a baseball diamond was built in the center of the track in 1887. Later owner, Isaiah Graves, sold the park, assessed at $20,000, to Arthur F. Foster to be cut into housing lots.
