Team: Brooklyn Gladiators AKA: Maspeth Ball Grounds, Long Island Recreation Grounds

This park was originally created when a group of business men leased a picnic grounds to put up a little entertainment. A horse track, hotel, and casino, along with a ballpark was built. On April 13, 1902, a fire destroyed most of what stood on this site. One game at this park was forfeited due to lack of baseballs.
